When you send us the reservation form in full, we will send you a message confirming your booking as soon as possible. To avoid any errors during the booking process, you can make your deposit to our account numbers. The deposit is not compulsory; if you do not wish to make a deposit, you will need to confirm your booking one day before arriving at the hotel. Hotel Kenan is not responsible for any issues that may arise if you do not make a deposit.
